Founder’s Notes
A few years ago, I was asked if I was interested in starting a children's choir. I, of course, said yes. The choir started out with 22 members and now it has grown to 30. The county has allowed to take time to go on a day field trip to visit two nursing homes in the area, and to sing at a rotary club meeting. I hope we can always continue this tradition. Not only do we have those three performances in one day, we also had the opportunity to sing for the PFP Community Night in coorelation with Winterfest this year. The students also get to have a special performance for their parents.
If your child is interested in auditioning for the choir, we will have auditions in early September, and the audition piece is the first verse of "Mary Had a Little Lamb."

The students loved talking to the nursing home residences. They were very excited to be a light on a cloudy day, and it was very dark and driery outside that day. Thankfully the weather held off till after we returned to school.
